Shipping

 

• If you would like bags shipped internationally, please contact us for a quote 
• Most orders ship out within 2-3 days. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your items have been shipped. 

 

 

Returns

 

• Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your products or services, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued for the amount you paid for the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Warranty

 

• Our bags are warranted thirty (30) days from delivery for typical failures of seams and manufacturing defects.
• Material punctures, snags, frays or other damages are deemed user-error or general wear and tear. Fabric conditioning and irregular break-in process may void warranty. 
• You must be able to provide original proof of purchase to claim warranty. Warranty DOES NOT transfer from reseller or raffles!
